i believe honesty is the one thing that eliminates most all problems, next to that is communication. if you are honest and openly communicate what you want, that is the most civil, responsible and even loving thing you can offer another human. because then they have the option to knowingly and willingly cooperate, or to walk away. that's all that can be shared between two people that matter. the decision to undertake an experience together, and carry it with you or to pass, understanding your paths weren't headed in the same direction.
